Tez first became a member of Hope Community as a youth. In 2017, he was one of the first youth to participate and become a member of the Best Buy Teen Tech Center. As a member Tez developed his skills as a multimedia creative. Music production, video production and photography were among some of Tez’s most skilled tech areas. Tez has won over 20 awards in various film/media festivals as a youth in the Tech Center. Tez officially started working for Hope in the fall of 2021 as an alumni staff to help teach and learn about new technology. Since then, Tez has expanded his role to become the Tech Center Organizer & Studio Assistant supporting YLL programming. Tez has been working with youth professionally for close to 2 years. Apart from working at Hope, Tez is a freelance videographer and director. He also produces, mixes, and writes music.
