Facilities Coordinator

Tawana joined Hope as the Facilities Coordinator in 2022, where she is responsible to ensure that Hope’s Community space and Commercial spaces are cared for, well maintained, and sustained as assets to the community and organization. Her purpose is to maintain physical spaces, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment. Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly. Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems. Outside of Hope Tawana owns and operates T’s Tidy Cleaning Service, a residential & commercial cleaning business, where she enriches people’s lives by delivering amazing service and experiences.
