Following a renovation project, we will have a commercial space leasing opportunity available at 2000 Portland Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55404. This space will be connected to our forthcoming art studio space. While ideal for a cafe, other businesses that can thrive in the space are also welcome to apply! The tenant can move in early 2027.
