Shaista Langari joined Hope Community in July 2022 as the Executive and Fundraising Associate. In November 2023, she transitioned to the role of Development Coordinator, reflecting her strong interest in development work. In this capacity, she collaborates with the Fund Development and Impact Evaluation team to further the organization’s mission. 

Besides her professional career, Shaista is a visual artist. Her artistic expression encompasses self-reflection, peace, the rights of minorities, the harrowing experience of war and trauma, the pursuit of freedom.
